Agreed, you seldom see that rise unless the implants are over-filled, but it always screams fake.  Foxy has quite an upslope, however, her boobs start inches lower, not like Lilly whose start at underarm level, the upslope then rising to the clavicle level, virtually obscuring the view of her shoulders from the front.  And when your sideboobs inhibit the ability to reach around them, you have to elevate your arms to shoulder height or slightly higher, just to reach over your boobs for the thing right in front of them.  99.9% of girls would be turned off by having to constantly reach like that, but then there is that one special girl that loves that she has to do it.

No doubt about that, Sol; pasted her headshot over another image of her body that shows very recent surgery; under the areola incisions can be for some implants, however, it is also the location for insertion of a internal bra and those big girls are being held upward by something.  The picture on the left is interesting as Lilly's right breast is substantially lower, as if the implant slipped or muscle pulled, both actually resolved by placing an internal bra (which has always bugged me, why Allegra has never sought one).  Owing to the fact that I have seen that look for quite some time, I would guess these pictures are actually a few years old, but then again, Lilly hasn't changed a lot.

And Lilly still looks incredible.  It has to be so hard for her to do her job with boobs so large, yet clearly, the reward she feels makes it so worth the additional effort.  An example of girl wanting huge boobs for all the right reasons; to please herself and make her feel happy.  I have a suspicion that if Lilly could still perform her job (or no longer had to), she would love to follow her boobie greed and become much larger.

Lilly is another example of someone who paid money big expanders for a reason other than making money; she is hardly active, doesn't promote herself or update a pay site frequently, and kept her day job.  Essentially, living a normal life, but with huge boobs.  There is truth is the song Girls Just Wanna Have Boobs.
