I won't say anything on the net is fake per se.
But the longer and high resolution vids come and with some interaction, than it becomes more and more difficult to do some faking.
Faking some images is no problem today, even some short low resolution vids (Those promotion with the asian woman whos belly got flat after putting some shape forming clothes on comes to my mind
).
So my guess is that 70-80% on social media platforms is fake or slightly to highly modified to satisfy someones interest, even locations or so. maybe to show some glamourus life.
I am not saying she is fake, sometimes mother nature goes weired ways
So like total slim girls with huge bust are not common why not have huge hips without fat on some other body parts.
