Indeed.  I would think she would have serious misgivings as the skin is now stretched and will not have nearly the same look.

Seeing this picture, I have to imagine this is before reducing to 2500cc, because the softness as well as the less weight on the bra straps.  Once she reduces, the implants should likely sag a bit more, placing more weight on the straps.  I have no idea the reason for her reductions, but she may be chasing things the wrong way, the way I would expect the Botched docs to suggest because they have personal limitations to what they consider desirable.
