Any speculation if the pre-op that Lilly announced was actually for Brittany, who announced last month that she was having some sort of surgery?  I think it is pretty clear that Brittany would love to have her boobs back to that size, and probably even bigger; she just seems to be a girl that loves huge boobs so much that any inconvenience become inconsequential and even desired.  We see that from Foxy and Beshine and while it is hard to imagine, Lilly who continues to function (somehow) as a nurse.

Certainly not a traditional surgical, but there is nothing traditional about the size of her boobs.  The center suggests a Montgomery strap like feature, something that says surgical and that may be a tiny glimpse of a dressing above the bra on the left boob.

So, she mentioned during a live chat that she had been reduced to 3500ccs, but still had a massive amount of scar tissue, which is why she scaled back even more—to let everything heal.  She said the doctor tried to put in 4100ccs, but that her left breast was just too tight at 4000, so he couldn’t go any further.  She said these implants look so much better than the ones she had had when she had been 4200ccs.
