I would say her hair is a little fuller in her most recent images.

I'm finding it very hard to find any of her last images since I'm not subscribed to her site, I don't do social sites like farcebook, twitter or so and no OnlyFans.

Looks like the smaller version in my humble opinion.  Though pictures seem to favor the frontal view (makes them look bigger), with a seemingly substantial fold, it seems like the skin had been stretched and then relaxed.  Without some sort of internal fixation, this is apt to happen over time with all implants as the skin relaxes; we can think of some here as good examples of what happens over 15 years.  Then we can look at Beshine, whose boobs rested on her lower chest early on, but as her implants filled, her fold eventually disappeared and has stayed that way, as one would expect when being suspended.  I hope Brittany also had some internal fixation so her boobs will always look like they do today.

I just pray she doesn't have any more bad issues with her breasts.

A couple things stand out to me beyond how many tops she has designed to show off her boobs, like that Brittany likes being photographed from the front at boob level to emphasize how big her boobs are, which makes me think she really wished they would look this big from every angle and how high her boobs root on her chest, virtually higher than her arm pit.  When boobs are so high and big, the need to elevate her arms to do nearly anything increases; I have to assume, like Beshine, she loves that.
