I would venture that they provide no support and that all that exists would have to be internal, which would be like Beshine.  In a recent OF video, she explains that her always stretchy and often thin strap "comfy" bras yield no support, but are intended only to limit the profound amount of movement that exists without them.  The wobbling can produce soreness of the skin by the repeated bumping/rubbing that takes place with every movement.  Not all fun and games when you have two 40+ pound boobs knocking into each other, let alone the challenge she cites to her balance, so she wears 2 even in the privacy of her home.

I think she had every intention to keep making them bigger before some problem erupted.  The the source/cause of the problems always seems to be different, the girls seem reluctant afterwards to jump back on the expansion train once again, though Jessy Bunny seems very eager to climb aboard once again.  Those without problems, like Foxy & Beshine, want to keep going; obviously, for them, there is something about having enormous breasts that despite all the daily challenges, makes them worth the reward.

^While I don't know what problems she has encountered with expanders, other than a failure, which can happen with any implant, I suspect it was more body/surgery related.  I have to also wonder why I seem to hear a distinction, people saying 'European expanders;' I was assuming they were all alike, but the ports are different, perhaps the thickness of the implant also..  Because she has slack skin yet no sag, I would bet she has a internal bra, so it would be interesting to see how bigger implants would look on a already set inferior level.  But IMHO, Brittany's body build would look good with bigger implants; always looks great in close-ups but when I see the full body distance, I always think a bit bigger.  As much as she loves having big boobs, I'm sure she would love going bigger and having the option of desired size.
