Thanks for this update.  I hope when she consulted with her surgeon, that she made her intent known and that he may have offered her methods of reinforcing the skin to that it is unlikely to tear again.  For decades we have used one mesh or another, from pigskin to synthetic, to strengthen areas of weakened skin, which is just another reason why a internal bra works in two ways; support and strength.  Of course, while silicone can be used for natural breasts, to my knowledge, the more expensive (but far better) pigskin is still required for implants.  In any case, doing your homework and having a surgeon well educated with possibilities is always the first step.

I really hope and I'll pray that she is able to finally get to be the size that will make her and us very happy. I hope 10K+ is possible.

I have every bit of confidence that, done right, she could hit whatever size she desires.  It really helps to start young, the dermis adapts better in your 20s and then starts to slowly go downhill.  Adding collagen to her diet helps, but the Golden Wonka Ticket may be what I mentioned earlier, a supportive mesh to avoid skin tears.

She has mentioned that she never plans on going as big as 5K again.  Whether this surgery paves the way for her to get as big again is unknown.

She has admitted that she really doesn’t know what size she’ll end up as.  She may get back to 1600 and decide she wants to go a little more.  Who knows?  But, she has also stated that while she was happy to go up to 5K before, that the complications of life at that size outweighed the benefits, plus I think she’s terrified of something going seriously wrong if she pushes the size too much.  My guess is that she will end up between 1600 and 2500ccs.

^Really, a very sensible approach.  Part of an ongoing theme I talk about on Beshine's thread, and to a lesser extent, Foxy's, is the big boob problems that after a certain point, which may be smaller than 1000cc, they just increase as size and weight increase.  For those who have other obligations in life, like work, household chores, and family, or just have plans on doing many active things, really big boobs can hinder or even prevent you from doing those things.  Like Beshine has said, when she thought about it, there is not a single thing in life that the size and weight of her boobs has not changed the way she does them, but wealth has privileges and Brittany is likely not in a position to just sit back and enjoy having huge boobs every day.  She has to do right by herself.
