For everyone's awareness, this is post saline infusion, so temporarily boosted. But she said she hopes to make this size permanent, without yet going into detail how she'll do that
She actually posted on her loyalfans a video where she talks about her current options, and pros cons of each. I've briefly summarized below. If you want more specifics I'd recommend looking to her loyalfans page.
1) She mentioned that in an ideal world she'd love to do another fat transfer but realistically surgeons have told her she simply doesn't have enough adipose fat tissue left to make the juice worth the squeeze.
2) She said she's currently struggling with bra sizing as it is, so she's exploring a lift or an internal bra option. She said that the biggest problem is that because her cup size is so large and bust so heavy that all bras eventually have the band ride down her rib cage. She definitely doesn't want a reduction for the lift
3) She has mentioned that the most controversial part of now going larger is that she's exploring the idea of XXL implant with possible internal bra to help support the weight. She mentioned that in an ideal world she would be looking to go 2000cc larger because that's how large she's gone with the previous saline infusions, so she knows she can handle the volume/size.

I imagine that she would have to have surgery outside the US, which brings up a few things. In Europe, they have silicone internal bras for natural breasts which are far cheaper than the pigskin mesh used for implants. From what I read, they are quite popular. I have not read if there is a limit on breast size nor if they can be used in combination with implants. She is being smart; a lift would just stretch out in a few years without internal support.
I would imagine surgery would involve placing empty expanders and waiting a few months for the incisions to heal before starting to fill them; this is what Beshine did. Afterwards, she could probably fill substantially, I would imagine eclipsing that 2000cc addition by 6 months.
I would hope that she takes into consideration whether she may want to continue to expand and plans accordingly; once you pass by a certain breast weight, I imagine surgeons are not willing to risk the complications, so if she even thinks she may want to go bigger again, wait for the expanders capable of providing that permanent size.
Anyone have any idea what her approximate base volume was before the 2000cc saline expansion? I cannot tell depth / projection from the picture but damn if she doesn't look close to 10k if her projection is even close to 8" and what a priceless look on her face.
