Demora is not obese, but she does have some extra weight on her body which provides source material for such a procedure. It is biologically safer since her body fat is hers and therefore the immune system won't fight it. If you are slim like so many of the models, you simply do not have the source material to do it very well.

Seems like the perfect solution for girls wanting to lose weight.   Bigger tits and slimmer body.  Perfect.  I'm sure insurance doesn't cover.
