To hold a shape and avoid sagging, a internal bra becomes a necessity, but I do wonder; with all her existing adipose tissue, if the European synthetic bra is an option vs the much more expensive mesh bras for implants. And if they are made in the size Demora is seeking.
But I cannot blame her for wanting her heavy breasts higher; it is something Foxy has complained about too. Setting lower, they can press again the diaphragm, interfering with breathing. I can also imagine that she would want her breasts supported entirely on her ribcage and not rubbing on the medial aspects, which could definitely become uncomfortable quickly. I think Foxy is experiencing a bit of both because her implants are hanging so low.
The advantage that Beshine enjoys is she has no underboob fold to speak of and her implants look to be completely within the support area of her ribcage, avoiding both the problems above. Mounted higher also allows her to offset the weight to a large degree through posture. I have talked with Foxy like 18 months ago, and I think she wants to go in this same direction.
Demora wanting to keep a somewhat natural, but incredibly full look is really something; I think maybe she wants to achieve a braless look that resembles the pictures posted on the 6th and 8th. And if she has opted for a internal bra, they could look that way even in a bikini. Of course, that high and that huge would always shout fake boobs, but the benefits are many.
