I feel like Demora is unique because of how her breasts still look relatively natural, despite their immense size. Most women with implants at that size (or smaller!) look much more obviously augmented.

I saw this photo at Heidi Lange's thread and I thought it would be a good addition to this thread. 

This photo is also another good example of how height can effect appearance related to breast size.  Demora has huge breasts for her height, but it isn't until we see her standing next to a substantially taller girl that perspective is gained.  Of course, we could look at it from another, perhaps more entertaining perspective, imaging the taller girl with boobs that make her look the size of Demora.
