Amaz2K12 created this beautiful art work of Andrea.  She says in the text bubble that "no one will taker her seriously" because of her big boobies. As for Andrea thinking she won't be taken serioiusly, I know from personal experience that having large breasts does give me more opportunities than disadvantages.  I get noticed!  And after they stop staring at my boobies, then a conversation can follow.  For some reason, because my breasts are big, there is at once an increased interest in me, but also I seem to be put into a different social status - men fight with an inner desire to be with me but also they fight with how their friends and family would handle having a girl friend that attracts so much attention.  With women, it is jealously and that can turn ugly in the workplace if I don't perform well.
