So I did a little researching yesterday and found where BustyyyJenny would be 56 years old today. Clearly, in 2007 when she started cam shows, she was quite busty, her breasts almost touching her thighs as she sat, but 9 years later her breasts had grown so large than they laid on her thighs and extended past her knees. The growth was obviously not just length, but they are probably at least twice the diameter of her first appearance and had gone from rather normal appearing macromastia breasts to taking on a distinctive torpedo appearance, ballooning from her chest and maintaining a seemingly consistent diameter the entire length. One telltale distinction of her gigantomastia is her breasts are not nearly as malleable as normal breasts, but much more firm to the touch, more like one might expect from a water balloon, which all falls in line with the connective tissue gigantomastia creates. The result is that when Jenny places one breast atop the other, they both tend to maintain their shape and not flatten. In one of her last videos, she has a little sign indicating their individual weights and while one is a couple kg more than the other, the combination is around 93 pounds.
I have been told that besides virginal and gestational, macromastia can occur with menopause, but I have doubts this was the cause. Clearly, there must be rare hormonal changes for this to happen, but perhaps whatever caused her growth also caused her hyperlactation, which was so profound that her large nipples leaked with almost no compression. In one video, when she was stimulating her clitoris, she produced streams of milk in response. I am told that if macromastia is present, by stimulating the receptors that caused it, the girl can experience growth, sometimes profound growth, and lactation will occur as a byproduct. A person I respect also told me that she believes Jenny started her growth intentionally through hormonal changes and that once the switch is turned on, there is no distinctive off switch; the altered hormones may continue to call for excessive levels which can only be addressed with drugs to suppress production. Hence the reason we see gigantomastia girls with continued growth (and the irrational surgical approach). One thing for sure, Jenny loved her huge breasts and loved caressing them, which she openly admitted to, and it is probably a reasonable assumption as to why she may have wanted even larger breasts initially, which were MM cup I believe. By her last video, she showed that cup hardly even covered her areola, and the band size was no longer an issue; she had cut them off behind the cups and attached longer shoulder straps, so they only served to modulate movement. Apparently, she was braless and used modified t-shirts to somewhat contain her breast movement. Interesting, as we have also seen Beshine doing that recently.
