6-fingered Twitch streamer

I figured this might be an item for off-topic, I know this site occasionally dips into multi-breast topics and the like.  I spotted on another forum a post about a Twitch streamer with 6 functional fingers on each hand.  She's got a bit of an acne problem, but otherwise seems nice.  She's not too hard to find on Twitch and has an IG as well.

That's pretty rare in the Western world. The vast majority of polydactyl cases have their extra digits removed while still very very young.
