Is it about big-busted women? 
The Glass Menagerie by Tennessee Williams is about a girl who has no confidence because she has a limp. Since she doesn't have any friends or "gentleman callers," she spends her time collecting little glass animals; her favorite is a unicorn. Not quite sure what this has to do with the woman in question--maybe she has become her own unicorn?
