The reason for this is a very simple : It's near the same content almost everywhere. That means when you post their instagram pictures you automatically post their onlyfans / patreon content. So here is a current picture & not from one of her 4 sites . I don't say anything about the picture , maybe others ?

Agreed. SMB was trying to live within the rules while promoting interest in Foxy and he gets called out for his support.  Without one iota of indication as to a picture's source by the model, how is anyone to know that what they are handing out freely is not also linked to some pay site?  Clearly, there are only two solutions; join the pay sites of all the models in this world or don't post pictures at the BEA anymore.  The shame of the matter is that the BEA has been a free source of promotion and name recognition for models for years, and without the BEA, far less people would even know their names.  I was always taught not to bite the hand that feeds you; apparently that lesson has been lost on some.

Her onlyfans is just reposting of her Instagram content, sometimes with slightly different shots. It's still all non nude. She only does nude in her content she sells in addition to your subscription...

It's crap TBH. She just kinda stands there for 5 minutes, no talking except for a few sentences, and charges $25 for it. Yay?

I'm glad there's another woman going super large, but damn, why does it seem like none of them actually have decent content? Even Beshine has just been rehashing the same style videos for the last two years, and her gold shows have literally never changed. I had hope for Foxy in the beginning, but then she hooked up with Allegra, and it all seemed to go downhill from there.

As stated earlier, post pictures if you like, but always cite the source. Keeps us right. 

Make sure and keep the original filename too, that way if I get a complaint I can check. I kept a few up that we were requested to take down because when I checked the filenames were the same. Her Only Fans pictures may be larger in size, I don't know, I am not a member!

That's how I would do it and also do on my social media sides: post low or limited resolution pictures and the high-resolution pictures I made are on my HD and from the high-resolution pics exist only some hardcopies. So I am not wasting my time searching the web on which people or the social media sides itself sharing my pictures.

I think that is fair.  I seriously doubt that SMB is a member of her site, but seemed to be posting from Instagram, as he does with Allegra.  I am certain he can just include a little 'from her Instagram' on each photo.  I know I was dinged once for posting a picture from a Bing search that was also on Beshine's blog, but although it is everywhere for public use, it originated from Fans Only, which I did not know.   Although it was on her blog, it was removed.  Now I know how to tell her Fans Only from site material.  So, is it alright to use a Fans Only picture if it is also displayed on a model's social media at some point?  Just trying to get the rules straight.

And I have loved your pictures, but it brings me back to the same question I asked above, how can anyone possibly be fair, to live within the rules, when posting things found within the public domain become subject to arbitrary suggestions of knowing the person posting, their source, and even where they originally posted it before it was copied and pasted elsewhere?  I saw nearly every picture you posted on Foxy's Instagram account, yet here we are.

Like I said, I once posted a picture from Beshine's blog, not knowing it was from a Fans Only site initially.  Dinged.

Such a shame; sites like the BEA do more than they may realize to promote their name recognition.  I can understand their reluctance to have things posted if what they are selling is so limited in supply that a simple picture here and there represents everything they have released, but they should also recognize that is a bad business practice; better to keep your customers happy than complaining about the lack of content.  Like going to a grocery store that only restocks shelves a couple items times a month; not going to keep customers.
