It's Japanese. I don't  know Japanese, but I recognize the 5 characters on the right as katakana, which is only used for Japanese.

I aimed google translate at the screen and got "...s dragon" but it didn't pick up what the first couple of characters were. Not only is it trying to read on a moving set of targets but it needs to pick up on all the little lines often found in Japanese kanji.
