You have to admit, Foxy is really relishing in the look.  She had made mention of wishing to expand further and though her 2k implants may stretch to 10k, it is not without risk as perhaps Lilly experienced.  Makes me wonder that if she really likes her boobs getting bigger, if she will seek larger implants to reduce the risk.

When you look back in a before and after perspective, it is astounding how Foxy has changed and become like a personification of liquid sex.  Clearly it would seem that money was never an issue, so I have to wonder why she waited so long if this was her dream.  I doubt she is done with her transformation, but the results speak for themselves; she is just incredibly sexy and while she may be still adjusting to her look mentally, I believe it is something she has longed for for a long time; gradually dawning until her expanders provided an awakening.
