Her latest fill really has started to make her look Beshine big. Its amazing that Foxy has managed to expand this far!

At this point she is at the end of what this set of expanders can do, and she has said she is looking for a replacement set. Let's hope she succeeds in finding one that is able to handle the huge size she is aiming for

Though I find the size of Beshine's boobs wonderful and would like to see Foxy achieve a similar size, I would only encourage her to expand to a point short of where the burden outweighs the love.  Because of the huge area of attachment Beshine has developed over the years, I believe Foxy has quite some distance to go, however, she does have a certain advantage and one disadvantage in my humble opinion.  One advantage she has is in her already established round, absolutely fake shape that would be a basis going forward with new and larger implants.  The disadvantage is height; Foxy's breasts are inches lower, not stemming from arm level, which makes the additional weight increasingly harder to offset by the overly upright posture Beshine adopted early on and prevented back pain/stress.  Another advantage I think Foxy has at this point is that with her skin already stretched, placing a internal bra should produce almost flawless results, with less likelihood of things slipping out of place with further expansion.  With this implant weight, one bad bounce is quite liable to result in muscle/skin tears, just ask Allegra, so the internal becomes a necessity if you want everything to stay exactly as planned. 

In any event, you have to be able to enjoy your boob size and in order to do that you have to love experiencing all the little ways they make your life "not normal."  You find your hands are drawn to them unconsciously, which may create embarrassing situations, but you stay above that, because the bigger the boobs, the more frequently these situations arise.  Wardrobe malfunctions, boobs bumping into things; you have to know that these things happen and somewhat enjoy when they do.  Just feeling the weight of your chest when you lay down.  You have to love the feelings huge boobs give you.

I was under the impression that CC had gotten much bigger than that.  Boobpedia mentions that, at one point, CC claimed to be over 15,000ccs, and looked it!

She always looked big, but we have to remember, she was listed as 5'2" and according to people that actually met her, that may be an exaggeration.  five or six inches makes a world of difference.  Personally, though she looked huge, and short girls will, but I was always skeptical of such claims and the videos, despite the height difference, show someone seemingly with considerably less balance issues than Beshine.  I suppose it could be argued that being short played in her favor in that respect.  CC herself claimed 10k, but I would have thought a bit more.

I think we have to start accepting that the size a model says =/= not always the same as the size they really are. First reason for that is that she claimed 10k around 2005-2006 in that famous 10k top. During her UK interview she was indeed considered to be 15k by most people and she looked much bigger than the time of that 10k claim. If those numbers were accurate it would have made foxy's 9k look tiny in a side to side comparison. Especially with her being so much shorter, that would add to the effect of her looking even larger. But thats obviously not the case.
Second reason is that Chelsea herself has told that there was a lot of size marketing going on by her "marketing department". She said that many of the numbers mentioned were exaggerated, and she wanted to be honest about that on her post retirement page.

IIRC, Chelsea said in a post after she retired that the numbers were exaggerated and the most she ever reached was 11k ccs.

A big difference here is that Foxy is the first model ever able to accurately show every cc she adds. We can be 100% certain that her number is right because we can see vids of her adding the volume and doing measurements post fill.
Chelsea never had that option with her PPP because of the different nature of her implants. A lot of her measurements were improvised and a lot less accurate. So she had to do with the options she had.

Seconded! I bought her final videos from her OF and and she was absolutely gigantic before the end.

Also yes she's on the short side which yes did add to the impression of size but make no mistake she was HUGE. I had the pleasure of multiple private dances with CC over the best part of a decade so I can say this with absolute certainty.

I agree with this; without a CT or MRI or even a water displacement test, any volume numbers are exactly that, guesses, which is what we are doing.  Her shorter stature, perhaps even shorter than claimed, only added to the illusion as our minds never consider height without reference.

While the composite comparison is but a single angle, from that angle, Foxy looks a bit larger.  There are many variables that should be considered and I have seen CC look bigger in some other photos.  While photos can be deceiving, we do the best with what we have.  I cannot say that I have full faith on her post operative size claims without some sort of detail as to how that number was determined; I've been in the OR multiple times and while we may weigh some excised tissue or note a volume of fluid removed, there is always further loss, more swollen tissue that will take weeks to resolve.  How something "looks" can be deceiving.

I have wondered about the draining claims, essentially doing a bobbiecentesis.  Though this is easily done, other than one instance where there was a rather dramatic drop in size, I have doubts this was being performed regularly and there is no evidence I am aware of supporting it was.  Everything with CC is all about creating a numbers narrative that has no actual factual support.  She did look gigantic at certain points, however, being short certainly added to that appearance as did her choice in clothing; we have to understand that she was selling something.  We could say that any girl with a membership site is selling something, but at least Foxy is also providing some factual information and not totally unsubstantiated claims.  Was CC at her largest in 2011?  Probably not in my humble opinion, but the slow growth over all those years doesn't make me think she suddenly got a lot bigger in just the couple years before her first big drain.

While I liked CC for the inspiration her accidental growth provided others as well as her total appearance, what I always found lacking was any even remote admission of how much she loved having huge boobs.  In the end, we found out that she never liked them, even hated the way they influenced her life; it was all about the money, not the love.  Sad.
