I have to imagine that she will combine the next surgery into not only the implants, but the areola repositioning and breast lift she has mentioned before; get everything just perfect to enjoy for the rest of her life.
I honestly hope she will just upgrade to newer shells and have as little as possible done to her bust. I am worried that any of these corrective procedures will lower the amount of streching her skin can do, and limit how much more she can expand long term. I've seen that happen on many smaller models as well. And I can imagine the effect will be even more limiting at her extreme size
I cannot say that I am aware of a skin stretching problem nor understand the rationale as to why it would occur, however, I do look at both the areola repositioning and lifting as things that while are commonly done (seen it on Botched too), I believe the method reflects possible complications, though in all fairness, I think I often read too much into their likelihood.
Take the areola; actually easily cut and glued into the desired location, one may wonder if the incision will heal and provide the same strength as unaffected skin, but that is essentially ignoring the much larger incisions made to insert the implants to start. Rationally, this should be something easily performed and barring too much pressure, allowed to heal well. So obviously, just like getting new expanders, don't try to stretch the skin before things heal. Foxy is talking about she wants her areola on perhaps a 45° angle; I would suggest that if there is more expansion after the surgery, perhaps think considerably less, maybe even front facing, as further expansion will cause more rotation; don't want to end up back to where you already are.
I have no idea exactly what she was referring to when she mentioned a "lift," however, I would suggest that one glance at her OF today suggests the need. Between yesterday and today, the two most recent pictures, yesterday showing Foxy lifting her boobs very high, today showing the side view and the large area between armpit and the start of her implant. Even before the internal bra, big boob models have always sought to have their breasts root at the level of the armpit; it screams fake and youthful. You cannot dictate where your breast pocket is, but the surgeon can adapt and push it where desired. The position of Beshine's current implants and to a large part, the degree of her areola, was no accident; it was carefully planned with consideration as to the eventual size. It was a departure from where her 3000cc expanders were; round, together, and facing forward, suddenly became abnormally wide for implants; she knew her desires were much larger.
Aesthetically speaking, I can understand Foxy wishing to have her breasts higher and more in line with where typical implants are associated. There is not only the youthful appearance, but looking forward, there is a need to support that weight without the inevitable sagging. On top of that, I think she would very much like to make her thin waist more evident, something already obscured that even bigger, heavier, and increased sagging will totally obscure. Skin sags; heavy skin sags more, and faster.
The other thing is the burden of the weight. When carrying things, we carry them high on our torso to maintain some degree of spinal integrity with less stress; backpacks are high, things are on the shoulder, and huge boobs high on the chest, all offset by posture. Obviously, no girl wants to have bra straps with 60+ pounds of boobs digging into her shoulders, so the sensible solution to avoid that stress and the skin sagging is to attach the implants to bone. And in doing so, at a level that simply leaning further rearward that would feel natural under weight and mitigate the back stress that is inevitable if your boobs are always pulling you forward. You have to maintain the upper body weight centered over the hips to decrease problems; it is how our bodies are built.
Like I said, I have no knowledge of what "lift" implied, however, we do know that simply lifting the skin is superficial and very temporary without addressing underlying support. I hope Foxy will consider all options and considerations to obtain the best long term outcome devoid of complications. Money smartly spent.
