I suspect the reality is 2 things.

!. they are looking at the market, and can see quite clearly that demand will always be LIMITED, to the point that "it's not worth the trouble"   That of the women that even want implants and many if not most do NOT that of the ones who do that do not opt for silicone the vast majority that want to stay with Saline have no desire to ever go a full volume size of even 2000 CC much less 3000 which can easily be achieved by current production 800's  so they would be selling maybe 2 or 3 sets of these per year. All said and done they make what? 10 maybe 20 Grand ? 

2. They are thinking about litigation in the future, that despite signed releases, waivers, printed warning labels and what not that women who end up botched and it is the majority, maybe 1 in 10 do not are going to sue , maybe none of then end up winning buy the legal fees alone will dwarf anything they make by selling those 2 or 3 sets a year.   Companies in the US, Dow Corning for example totally got out of the business of making implants of any size just for this reason.  They were not about to bet it all on "well she signed a release"

Great points phonehome! Beshine is the only model that succesfully arranged these special implants. And while we would all love to know the details, her staying silent is probably the wise choice here. I can imagine sharing any info about the implant company or doc would instantly end their willingness to help anymore. And acces to long term implant related medical care is more important than everything else.

The technical aspect is also often overlooked.While we know that custom shells have been produced, we have no idea of the technical specifications that are possible. With Foxy at 10k It is going to take a very big shell to be worth it as an upgrade. I would argue that any customs under 5000cc might not even be worth the risk of a surgery. So this narrows down Foxy's options of finding a shell even more. And from what I read it sounds like at a certain point producing shells becomes much harder due to the size. So depending on the size shell foxy requests that might complicate things even more. Even if she finds a company willing to try.

I think it is safe to assume that Foxy wishes her boobs were bigger and that the title of her most recent video "I LOVE THEM BECAUSE THEY'RE JUST SO FUCKING HUGE," is not just words, but her desires.  As Foxy has told me, she is still trying to find a surgeon willing to perform the breast surgeries she wants.  I doubt staying with the same drastically over-expanded expanders is a long term plan, but when Foxy got them, she had no idea she would end up wanting boobs so huge, let alone wanting them to be even bigger.  It leaves her now in a position where a solution is not just desired, but needed.  I hope she find it soon.
