Many years ago Busty Dusty said in an interview, that her big implants made her feel as if someone was hugging her all the time. I wonder if the constant embrace by the implants can be a comforting and reassuring experience, and if it is part of the reason why some women seem to absolutely love having very large enhanced breasts.
I was reminded of the above while watching My Strange Addiction: Still Addicted? Foxy remarks in the show that she can get short-winded because of her implants (curiously, her implants sometimes have the same effect on me). This happens if she exerts herself, but is not caused directly by the strenuosness of the activity, or by the additional weight she is carrying. Apparently the heavy weight of the implants on her chest impedes her breathing when she is in standing position. She alleviates the effect by lifting her breasts with her hands:

I appreciate your observation as well as your speculation. I too heard her say this and was kinda surprised that she wasn't linking her boob position to her diaphragm; physiologically speaking, her boobs seem to be right over her diaphragm, which means, with any bend at all, they have cleared the ribs and are pushing on her abs, easily causing her SOB. Mounted higher on the chest, I like to the point she lifts them here, avoids much of that, except with the pounding of the boob weight with a attempt to run. But, as you can imagine, it does create a lot more huge boobie moments in that higher position.
I have actually asked her if her boob weight provided a feeling of comfort when lying down but didn't really get a direct answer; perhaps a phrased it differently. While I was unaware of that Busty Dusty remark, I can't help but think that the weight could have a comforting effect; sure it's heavy, but you get used to it quickly and when something you truly love is causing it, wouldn't you love the feeling? I mean, for some reason, where most of might give a stretch upon waking in the morning, I imagine Foxy wrapping her arms around her boobs and giving them a hug before trying to sit up and wiggling her butt toward the side of the bed. Perhaps I'm wrong, but it would be a great way to start your day, to hug the boobies you love.
Busty Dusty, I think in the same interview, also said that because of her breasts, she was unable to eat large meals. Though nowhere near as large as Foxy, Dusty had good 6 kg (think her size was 3000 ccs) of enhanced breast resting on her abdominal area with the sagginess she had later on. With Foxy, her breasts appear to be large and low enough to rest on her lap when she is sitting, so the pressure on her stomach probably isn't limiting what she puts on her plate.
Annina Ucatis once said that she is happy every morning she wakes up and notices her large enhanced breasts. I hope this is true for all women who have big breast implants.
Incorporating a few of my own thoughts. Busty was a favorite of many when this site first opened and we all thought that any girl with 3000cc implants was huge; how times have changed. I would say that in person, I would bet they still look huge, but compared to the expander girls with bigger expectations of today, maybe a bit less.
I tend to judge the height of fake boobs in two ways; first how close to the armpit they start and second, how far down they hang when standing. I understand that when going beneath the muscle, that starting distance very much depend upon individual anatomy and the second aspect is totally reflective of size and the length of time spend stretching the tissue. Unfortunately, internal support was not developed before the heyday of the 90s girls, but then again, the vast majority have shown had no intention of living with their implants once they got out of the business. The ones like Lacey Wildd that still wanted their implants have sought a internal bra retroactively to keep the boobs looking brand new.
The ribcage protects from trauma, however, the diaphragm borders the bottom, hence the gut punch resulting in SOB. It takes boobs hanging pretty low to result in pressing against the diaphragm, however, Foxy has such big boobs, combined with the lower start, you can see they are probably resting on her upper abdomen while standing, mid-abdomen when bending slightly. If she were able to hike them up maybe 5", it seem logical that most of that would be avoided and a natural adjustment in posture would result in decreased perception of burden IMHO.
