On her OF, she had a little 10 second video in that outfit in a bar.  When Foxy is sitting, the propensity to do these selfies, not from above like this picture, but from table top, yields a picture where her boobs always look higher and bigger.  And then there is always the reaching over one huge boob to get the camera.  I often wonder if Foxy likes to experience the way her boobs now make her reach and do things differently; it may be seen by most as an annoyance, having your boobs in the way of doing simple things, but I think the effort with your arm in contact with your huge boob is self rewarding.  In any case, she looks happy, and being happy with life and huge boobs is what it is all about.

Notice the difference between the two biggest balloons. Such a big big difference is very noticeable, and implants will also expand to every side, not just to left, right, up od down.

I hope she can find the surgeon who feels he can perform the things she wants considering the current weight of her implants.  In all likelihood, though she doesn't want to do it, she may have to reduce her volume to reduce the incision risk, at least for a short time and then rebuild.  It may be necessary to take a step backwards before she can take two steps forward.

Just watched the Juggs N Muggs episode, unfortunately not live given the time, but that doesn't matter.

It is really a relief to see how wonderfully open and freely she talks. She enjoys the attention when she is in public and also enjoys participating in shows like this.

She is really 100% relaxed and relaxed about herself. That is also possible because she talks honestly and openly, she does not experience the pressure of lies that have been built up in the past.

A real pleasure to watch, keep it up, you are the greatest.

A similar manner of dress to her first trip to a strip bar where she filmed a video talking about how her boobie greed keeps pushing her to want bigger boobs.  IMHO, I think she is honest about wanting bigger boobs and I hope she can not only find custom made expanders that don't have to be pushed over the designed volume to fill her desires, but a surgeon willing to do what is necessary to support that weight and ensure the weight will not compromise the incision.

Thinking about it from a medical POV, there were a couple steps Foxy would have well been advised to address at the time of her expander surgery if she had known she wanted boobs weighing this much and I think those steps are currently making a potential surgery more difficult.  I wouldn't be surprised if a surgeon suggested she needed to temporarily downsize to facilitate proper healing before getting back to 10k and adding a mesh for strength.  Hate thinking of taking a shortcut that increases possible future complications rather than diminishes them.

I have to wonder about some seemingly no so hidden messaging sometimes that seeks to treat her breast enhancement as some sort of competition rather than just fulfilling her desires; boobie greed doesn't care about mythical titles, just satisfaction.  I see specific hurdles that may exist going forward, some I don't see resolving easily at her current size.  While I seriously doubt Foxy knew she would find herself wanting boobs even as big as her boobs currently are when she first got her expanders, certain steps at that time could have made a couple aspects not as threatening to complications today, but there are valid reasons why surgeons are hesitant when faced with current incisional stress.  Sometimes you have to take a step backwards to take two steps forward.
