Indeed, I love how when lying on her back, her boobs slow upwards, following the natural shape of her ribcage.  I recently remarked on a Beshine OF picture showing the same natural flow, with her boobs perhaps 1" from her chin.  What a wonderful way to wake up every morning, not only for the view, but the feeling.

And it is a ability today that was just a fantasy 20 years ago, before string implants or the thought of using tissue expanders as actual implants.  Given the backlog of girls waiting for large expanders said to be 14 months in Europe, one would think there is a market worth investing, given the demand and imagined profit margin.  If you have the machinery to make silicone implants, and with Europe's less litigatious society, why wouldn't you custom make a expander designed for 10k but capable of stretching safely past that if rather than charge $3k for a 3k expander, you could now charge $10k for a 10k expander?  It is all just hypothetical, but I think Beshine may have ended up paying along those $1k per 1,000cc lines.  As with everything, sizes require nominal effort to change once you already have the machinery. 

Perhaps the world powers fear what the world may look like if girls were given the choice of how big they would like their boobs; we know our government does not allow that freedom of choice with the FDA restricting size to 850ml.  Where are those women's groups?  Crickets.

I remember how in the early 90's, the DuPont corporation was sued about their silicone materials because it was claimed that it was a dangerous material and the FDA under the Clinton administration put the restrictions in place. Before that, it was the USA that had most of the large implant girls, but it later on it moved to Europe. The main reason for the lawsuit was because some feminists objected to women being sexual beings that appealed to men. It was a sad event.

The main reason for the lawsuit was greed; a study later announced that over 80% of those who signed on had no adverse symptoms and of the 20% who claimed symptoms, nearly all but a few were claiming things like backache, which is almost always due to poor posture.  Silicone remains largely used today in artificial implants of varying kinds and the FDA has become increasingly useless to the point where they really don't serve a useful purpose that couldn't be served by a dozen high school graduates; seriously, some of their decisions are that absurd, not following long held, proven over and again, existing science.  It was very disturbing during Covid to listen to the lies that not only contradicted what I had learned decades before in college but contradicted CDC guidelines we had observed in hospitals for decades.

Nothing wrong with admitting your predecessors were wrong and allow women the freedom to choose what size boobs they want without leaving the country, but if you follow unbiased sources, this administration seems hellbent on taking away the freedom of choice across a broad swath of subjects.  And unlike mRNA vaccines, breast implants have no link to myocarditis or enabling metastatic cancers.

The personification of character, how you wish people to perceive you.  From very sexual to having high morality and everything in between; the difference between hard core, soft core, and remaining above either.  It all depends upon how you wish to play to your fans, what you believe they want, and to what ends you go to satisfy that base.  Foxy chose to utilize a sexual approach.  I prefer acknowledgement of being sexy, however, remaining somewhat virtuous by not actually referencing sex, commanding a higher degree of respect.  I'm sure you have seen the difference; girls posing innocently, sexually, or invoking the act of sex.  You saw it in the big boob era of 20+ years ago, the models honored here essentially deciding how far they are willing to go for money.  We all have different tastes.
