….. more ccs will expand the implant to expand and the skin will stretch more and more so more ccs can go meaning replace the 3000ccs for example right ?…. And after let’s say the woman wants 9000ccs implant inside her boobs and from there the process continues and eventually the woman fills till the desire size boobs she wants …. Like Foxy did! She went from small to MASSIVE !
Ofc an internal bra will do justice to hold the boobs up and no sagging

Being lean and having tight skin might be a contributing factor. I'm pretty sure though, that Lolo and Rhiannon had expanders. Maxi of course at least later on had string.

Surely she was rather large for a late 90s implant girl? Perhaps you are correct about the expander thing, but I always assumed the thing visible on top left of her breast in this x-ray image was a valve/port presumably used to fill the implant.
