I know that both she and Mary are seeking implants that can safely be filled to 20k or more and while no implant manufacturer makes such sizes because there is a very limited market, I cannot help but think, for the right price, some company in the medical implant industry could make a nice profit for no so much investment.  Silicone isn't the only medical implant choice; polyurethane is actually stronger.  Just thinking, Beshine managed to persuade a company to make shells of a specific volume and that company is still there, no doubt.  She never said her implants were silicone, only they were not made by a silicone implant company.  And that post that once she has filled them to her satisfaction, she will have the saline drained and replaced with a permanent gel-like substance?  Polyurethane foam?

I hope she can get her implants, internal bra, and lift soon; I think she would find her boobs feel much lighter if they were higher on her chest and with a internal bra, that would take the load off her shoulders.  We all have a natural tendency to center our weight over our feet, which in Beshine's case, has resulted in her leaning well backward when she stands and walks.  It doesn't work well for breasts hanging lower, leaving the back muscles trying to carry the load.  That is not to say that even when Foxy has gotten her dream boobs mounted high on her chest that things become simple; there is still a matter of fatigue even with overly upright posture and balance becomes more sensitive with a higher center of balance, but I think she would learn to enjoy that.
