I don't think she has given up, however, she is disappointed that no one is even making implants capable of her current size anymore.

I hope she doesn't give up and finds the enormous implants of her dreams. It is important to remember that Beshine said that it was not a breast implant company that made her implants, which makes me think it was a medical device manufacturer that normally deals in polyurethane, hence Beshine's implants may be just as she repeatedly described them, underfilled. When you think about it, it would all makes sense if her implants were actually regular 20k or 25k implants with a fill port added for gradually filling. It would explain the irregular look rather than round even at 10k, her continuing to say they were underfilled, and their becoming increasing rounder over the past half dozen years. It would be a smart move too because polyurethane is heralded as being more durable; gotta protect the boobies. IMHO, Beshine made smart moves all along when it came to her breasts, which is why they continue to get bigger, cresting higher, rounder, with no stretch marks or sagging.
