She’s not bad: she’s just blown that way 
Yes, from my entomological research the slang term of "a blown woman" is exactly right for Sivona. It is funny how the artist who drew a "blown" example created an image very much like her even without knowing it.
Essentially we have a woman with some over the top parts and some not so great parts resulting in a very quirky mix that is unique and not the traditional "beauty".

After running all of Sivona's images through facial beauty analysis here score was:
