On July 8th, 2019 a cameraman, Eric P from WPTV, posted on Twitter a time lapse movie of a large storm front moving in on the Municipal Beach of Palm Beach, Florida. Due to its speed and strong gusts it made for interesting weather footage and made its way onto AccuWeather and from there it got even more attention.
When I casually watched the footage I suddenly noticed in the foreground a group of people rushing to throw on street clothing and exit the beach, all dealing with strong winds and the fast approaching storm. It looked as if several of the women were attempting to change out of their suits yet the strong breeze prevents them from fully wrapping themselves with modesty beach towels.
After some review it does appear that a few women inadvertently flash the camera as the wind makes fully covering themselves impossible. One young woman eventually gives up her modesty and quickly moves to get her sundress on quickly.
Unfortunately, it was a time lapse sequence so the motion is jerky and the streaming video was already a copy of a heavily compressed movie. However there are many instances where it is obvious that many of the people are simply trying to get off the beach quickly and changing in the strong wind makes things tricky.
* frame by frame review shows that the woman in the two piece thong fully flashes the camera just prior to getting her dark sundress on as well as several moments of variable undress prior to that.
* two women further behind her also wrestle with the wind and changing with one of them having her top mostly removed by the strong winds.
* there appears to be one frame where three women all are topless to some degree.
Yes, the images are pixelated and compressed but it was simply amazing to catch beach boobs in such a unlikely video. Attached are some stills from the video, as the stream is embedded inside a Flash environment getting a good capture is difficult.
