Right: the voting is over, and the winner is Anastasia Berthier breakers.  Congratulations, Captain Nemo.

This will be the last contest, at least for some time. I have a considerable RL problem to deal with.  Also, as we have discussed before, interest has been sadly lacking.  Morph fans are certainly grateful to BacE for his participation (with one of his entries placing second), and Cebe and Captain Nemo have done yeoman work as usual, but: only three participants and 25 respondents --  well, it's rather underwhelming.  Sic transit gloria mundi.

If anyone else would like to take over and run the contest, that would be lovely.  I would try to help when and where I can.

Bravo Captain    I was working on the same image, but you got ahead of me and I decided not to post it. Nevertheless, since everything is finished  , here it is.
I am certainly the interpreter of everyone by thanking Prof Morearty for all the work that was necessary to make live this contest, thank you and undoubtedly see you soon.

Congratulations Captain. I can't believe, I almost won. if I voted for myself, instead of your winning entry.
And thank you CeBe for all your great morphs. 

I can't shake the idea, that the lack of participants is due to the skills of Captain Nemo and Cebe.

I personally only enter these contests if the subject appeals to me or if there is a lack of entries (and if RL isn't taking up my time). I'm not a competitive person, that's why I never vote for myself. I just like to morph, if I have the time for it.

As you look into the UG ( Users Gallery ) and you see guys like Heller or Nostromo and others such as Magic on the Morph section, I really thought that an unrestricted contest might entice them to be part of the fun and submit some of their work but it was not to be. By the way Bace, I did vote for your entry of Angie Griffin because I thought it was scorching hot.

I chose 3 based entirely on my subjective opinion of what looked best, and remarkably enough, ended voting for one from each participant, purely by chance.  Of course, the latter submissions may well have changed my vote, but it just proves we have some talented guys.

Wow, hard to believe that we’re coming up on four years since the last of the Professor’s contests.  As I recall there were too few morphers entering the contest.  Too bad, those were fun.
