I've figured out the console commands to raise my pickpocket and sneak skills to 100, with all the perks on both trees.  I've already got a couple of screenshots, I'll take some more in the future.  Here's the owner of one of the Inns in Whiterun.

Is the body mod you're using making all the women a little more jacked?
