Yes - Not huge but...
There is a particular size and shape that sit right at the edge of "Big" and are dependent on the combination of clothing, moves, lighting, camera, etc. If they were a little bigger they wouldn't need it.
None the less, there are many women who fall just short of the line but close enough to get mention.
For example, Chrissy using ASL to sign to a song... when there are no words she just gyrates.
