There may not be a lot, but we know quite a few that really want to have breasts so huge that alter their lives and every little thing that they do.  While such huge boobs slow every common daily task and make many common things impossible, if you really love having breasts that huge and heavy, constantly dealing with the way they are always in the way for seeing, blocking normal arm movements, or how that weight feels wobbling & pressing on your chest, these sensations serve as its own reward every waking moment.  Life may be a bit slower, but far more pleasurable.
