Just my humble opinion, but the changes I see Jessy making are more towards sexy and beauty than the bimbofication path she was on.  I would still love to see her with boobs eventually rivaling Beshine's in size and like Beshine's, fully supported internally to eliminate future implant displacement, sagging, and even the need to wear a bra., but the bottom line is that she has to love her breast size and weight, otherwise she wouldn't be happy.

It consists of a mesh implanted at the bottom of the breast, suspended on either side with braided suture that is anchored to bone; the larger the implant, the larger the rib choice.  Think of it as a hammock for the implant; it supports the weight, eliminates the need for a bra, eliminates capsule contracture, and establishes lowest level the breast is allowed to go.    The mesh has normally been pigskin because it will fuse with existing skin, thus strengthening that area.  Pigskin has been used as surgical mesh to strengthen incisions for decades, while cheaper synthetic meshes have had a lesser history of success.
Though it has been widely accepted in Europe, a internal bra for natural breasts made of silicone has been used for about 10 years.  About a quarter the price of pigskin.

Without support, a breast sags over time; the larger and heavier, the faster this occurs.
