Just my humble opinion, but from the start, there are differences between Beshine and Chelsea that always stood out for me.
Chelsea sought 2500cc implants and while it may have been known at that time that they may cause a bit of additional swelling, no one would have ever expected the response of her body. Of course, anywhere along the line, she could have had them removed or replaced, but apparently she loved the additional notoriety and wealth huge breasts offered, so she even resisted draining to retain a specific smaller size she may have wanted. In some fashion, Chelsea was the willing victim of an accident. One might assume she was satisfied with her much larger size, but it was not on a personal level, just one seeking fame and fortune.
On the other hand, Beshine, whether by original intention or just becoming infatuated by her size, has sought to increase her breast size at every step; it has always been a choice. She has always marveled and expressed love for the same big boob moments that Chelsea ended up decrying as making her life miserable. It certainly seems that huge breasts are on a personal level with Beshine and one could argue that if she stopped filling at 10k, her popularity would not have suffered. Obviously, money was never an issue for her, but perhaps seeking appreciation and acceptance was her motive for not remaining anonymous.
Without mentioning names, there are other girls that wish they had huge breasts, accepting and relishing the idea that breasts of such size would dramatically affect every aspect of their lives. It is a rare attitude and as one of these girl pointed out to me, not unlike the very fat woman that loves being fat and chooses to gain weight. When you truly love your huge breasts, you not only accept the challenges they create, you love them; they are constant affirmation of your size and serve as inspiration for even having larger breasts. Chelsea was never in this group, Beshine is.
Whether Foxy truly loves her breast size or is just using it for fame and fortune remains an unknown, however, unlike many past models that eventually downsize at the end of their careers, she has stated that she never will and will have the biggest boobs a nursing home has ever seen. She doesn't seem as excited as Beshine about her big boob problems, but that may be just different personalities. But with her apparent acknowledgement that she will soon be getting even larger expanders, clearly, she already is aware of the territory she is entering and is excited to be going there. Again, a choice, not an accident.
