From a video she posted short after her reduction even with the camera angel and the shirt she was wearing it was visible that she still has huge orbs hiding under the shirt.
So she didn't went "flat" but still has more than a two hand full.
But I has no info on how huge.

I remember that in the early 2000's she did a TV show in New Zealand where she was interviewed about her humongous breasts and later on, she was in a parade there where she was riding on an armored vehicle. Later on, she did a morning show in London where she was interviewed about her career, and she took a bunch of photos there and then a statue was made of her at an art gallery. That was about 20 years ago.

The London TV interview was in 2011. As a Londoner with a then-normie wife, I remember it so well.

I don't think Chelsea did Ricki or Sally or Maury in the early 2000s. You might be confusing her with a similar-looking and short-lived PPP girl called Phoenix, who has been discussed on the forum a few times.

Thanks for the information. I’ve seen all of the interviews you’d mentioned. I’m beginning to think it may have been back stage at one of the early radio interviews when she was still on the club scene heavily. Unfortunately most of those seem to have been scrubbed from the internet between dailymotion and YouTube.
