I don't see why that fold can't be natural.

There's two ways to tell. One is overfilled round implants, which she doesn't have. And scars, which I don't see.

Maybe they're implants, maybe not.  I don't profess to know enough to know the difference.  But if they are implants, the surgeon ought to be commemorated with a statue somewhere.

I've seen natural women with that fold. It's just a part of breast shape. Her's have a very natural slope and weight to them. I highly doubt they're fake. That fold comes from the weight of the breasts pulling down on that section of skin, much like a wrinkle of the forehead, or on the belly.

She's wonderful.

We've discussed this girl recently (along with the busty spring break flasher girl) AND also several months ago, when pix and links were posted then. In any case, she is far cuter than the average bear. I'm not convinced that she's implanted (tho it hardly matters) as evidenced by this photo (and others) where her breasts settle nicely on her chest when she leans back... looks pretty authentic to me:
