OK, as feared this has degraded past the point of polite disagreement. Per the terms ALL of us consent to in order to participate here, a minimum level of decorum is required (and believe me, I DO mean 'minimum') but apparently, that's too much to ask, even after a gentle warning. So, we'll just lock this thread... a shame because there might have been some more interesting discussion, but we'll never know since some participants can't or won't stop flaming each other.
