Jayne Mansfield did everything she could by the way she dressed, and how she posed, to play up her curves, and especially her boobs, which were not really as huge as some believe. In her prime Jayne's bust appears to have more to do with a relatively wide ribcage and a very narrow, some might say, an unusually tiny waist.
And Jayne worked what she had as it was her way of getting the attention of the Hollywood press, and outdoing who she believed was her major competition in the mind of the movie going public -
Marilyn Monroe. (Jayne might have had a more impressive figure, the real problem was that Marilyn was a much better actress, which was why she always got better movies than her.)
So I'd say Mariska does have a bust that is close to what Jayne had, with the only difference being her waist isn't as small. And she also doesn't need to play it the way Jayne did because she's a better actress than her Mom.
