Max, I meant more the fact that she'd be rich, have a rich fulfilling(ish) career AND be a non-family friendly model at the same time is unlikely. That she'd have those clearly fake breasts* and be able to have a job in a cutthroat suit and tie world? Not happening. The world of lawyers is not about using your sexuality to get places.
*There is no way that that frame would naturally support breasts those size and she wouldn't have appeared on our radars sooner. Women that slender just don't have breasts like that 99.7% of the time (and again, the .3% they do, we discuss them at length here). Breasts are nothing but fat when you want to get technical. Women without fat anywhere else and only in their tits? Well if only we were all so lucky...but we're not, and that is why women that size get implants. Granted, those are very nicely done implants, but implants nevertheless.
ETA: Additionally, if those were naturally grown, gravity would have played a huge role. Unless she has an anti-gravity bubble around her, there is no way that someone with that frame wouldn't have more sag.
