It is impressive how huge the scares are in comparison for what they make today with the same sized implants.
It is as if they opened her skin half of the breast size to insert those implants  .

She had her operation in the late 1980's and there are now better techniques. Besides, she was very slim and in those days, there were no such thing as expander implants. So, scars for the big boob gals like that were quite common.
