Cindy Fulsom, sister to Zena Fulsom.  Both of these women have latex breasts.  Sam Xavier of Big Top Video (formerly H&S Sales) produced their videos.  You can still acquire fairly easily.  Just know that the boobs aint real, meaning they are not human flesh.

That's right.  Also, these particular vidcaps are from a (very) short clip widely available on KaZaa.  Just search for "World's largest breasts" or something like that.
