Culture of Cleavage exposure

I work in an amusement park where I see people from all over the world. I've noticed that women from the United Kingdom, or of hispanic / latino origin are far more likely to wear tops that expose their breasts and cleavage than american women. Not just older women, but teenagers as well. Often I'll see an extremely busty teen, out with her family and I cant help but wonder what her dad must be thinking by letting her expose so much cleavage. Does anyone have any theories on this, or can we just chalk up the lack of cleavage to our puritan roots?

Speaking for England or the UK, I can say that if a teenage girl wishes to wear revealing clothes it is viewed as a matter for the female side of the family. They may well ask the father's opinion but if he is rash enough to raise any objection he finds himself facing the combined scorn of his womenfolk. Heigh-ho, he sighs, it's not the end of the world, she's still daddy's girl when she needs money.

When the girl grows up a bit more, maybe she'll dress more decently and blush for shame at the disgraceful way she used to show a yard of cleavage.

If there's a brother, he is likely to be more indignant than the dad. Brothers don't want to see their sisters dressing like sluts, for some reason. But nobody ever wants to hear what the brother thinks.

Governor, I'm guessing that you are in the U.S., as am I. But I'm an old geezer, so all I have are theories and a limp dick. But I'll pass on my tiny bit of wisdom. Yeah, those damn Puritans passed on all sorts of crazy stuff.

The particular topic is incredibly complex. American girls, especially teens, dress in an incredibly complex code. Once upon a time I had a tiny, tiny bit of the code explained to me. Of course, the code changes about every two weeks (or fortnightly, whichever comes first!) so anything I write will have changed by the time you read this.

By the way, what doggo says goes for the U.S., too. Dad has nothing to do with it. In fact, Mom doesn't, either. It's peers, kiddo. Look to the peers. Oh, I mean the other 14-year-olds, not those guys in Parliament, doggo.

What I am about to tell you is 40 years old, and was something I learned by random chance during my first year of college. You need to know that I was utterly clueless about women; not that the condition ever really changes, but after one has had sex with a few dozen, men tend to think they aren't clueless any more. We are wrong, it's just that we've figured out how to get laid.

Anyway, I went on a trip to a nearby college with a team of sorts for an activity. We stayed in a dorm, but the local school invited us to an off-campus party. We went. We drank beer. There were several "townie" girls there who thought of college guys as "older men". One of the other guys, known to the rest of us as a jerk, whispered to me something like, "Oh, wow, that chick has those pants on!" All the girls were wearing jeans. One girl, otherwise ordinary looking, was wearing what are now called "low rider" jeans. The jerk walked over to her, said something (It was a very noisy party) and the two of them disappeared for a few minutes. They reappeared; she combed her hair and went into the kitchen. He went to another of our teammates, who walked over to her, didn't say anything, and took her by the hand and led her into a small bedroom. They reappeared, the first guy took her hand and they went back into the bedroom. That went on for the rest of the party, including a couple of turns I took, adding greatly to my education.

On the bus going home we were, of course, talking about it, and I asked him how he had known about her availability. He gave me one of those how-dumb-can-you-be looks and explained that when a girl wore "those" jeans, it was a signal that she wanted to get fucked RIGHT NOW.

You need to know that low-riders were very, very rare in 1965 on the West Coast of the U.S., and whatever meaning they had as a signal soon changed to something else.

From time to time I've known about whatever "the signal" was: For about a year in the early '70s it was going braless with a white blouse; in the late 1970s it was a flannel shirt with a few buttons open. But most of the time the "signal" was a mystery to me, only to be discovered hit-and-miss; and this stuff only applied to teenage girls, anyway.

There are lots of other signals in their dress code, by the way, but that's the only one I was interested in. The only one I ever knew related to cleavage among American girls was the "lean-over-until-the-nipples-show", but that's pretty self-explanatory.

This whole business with teenage female signaling is still, forty years after I discovered it, mostly a mystery to me. But for younger men truly an area worth exploring.

Again speaking only for the UK, I wonder if the fact (discussed here) that there is such a high proportion of busty women in the UK has anything to do with it. That is to say, people in the UK are used to seeing bigger boobs and so well-endowed women are less reluctant to show off what they've got. Whenever I go back to the UK, I never cease to be amazed about the amount of cleavage you can see on display of a nice warm afternoon!

Could it have anything to do with the weather? I live in a warm climate, and the UK people dont always see the sun. Perhaps they are just giving the girls some sun and getting a tan. (burned is more like it)

It might be a default setting, or maybe there's a list of innocent words that are banned, as opposed to strong adult language which isn't. Some BBs won't allow the word 'liar', and turn the word 'peculiar' into 'pecufibber'.

Here is the a answer: CCBill, our processor, has a list of Censored Words which should be respected and of course, avoided in the site.
Therefore, these words (which for obvius reasons I cannot list here) are blocked and hidden as [Censored] each time we run a Script.
If we do not do this, then our site will be shut down.
Hey! This is not the only adult site this is happening in!
