Busty babe on T-shirt - native English speaker help needed.

I have framed T-shirt with busty babe at my home. This also having some message, but I and my friends have been unable to read out what message it is. We think last word is sucks, but what sucks? Can some native English speaker guess it, as our English vocabulary is limited with certain amounts of words only.

...maybe? The "backwards N" characters indicate it's a language that uses the Cyrillic alphabet.

Those aren't backwards N characters. They're stylized writing. The last word is indeed "Sucks".

I'd suggest it to read
"Valentine sucks"
or
"US Valentine Sucks"

Looks like she really dislikes all the valentine fuzz.

The N letters are directly under the barrels of each gun. What looks like N before that is an E, they just pushed half of the E near the bottom, stretched up the top half and made it all wonky looking. Ms Valentines Sucks.
