In there interests of fair play and honor to the law, we really should purge these items that fall under unprotected elements of free speech. As people who trek this site every day, we have the onus to make certain that our reputation for maintaining a squeaky clean site remains untarnished. Doing so would prevent any negative visits from the powers that be in the FCC or wherever they come from.
I propose a policy that would not so much be adopted by management, but by the users; if anyone sees material such as this, he/she should immedietly blow a whistle and make darn sure that those in authority can change it. If we were to ask management to run a full inventory of the material here and weed out the illicit material in one fell swoop, we would be asking too much. We have a cooperative obligation to not only detect the problems, but offer proactive solutions.
If I see something that should not be seen, you will find my find mentioned here.
