I'm really not sure if that's Barbara Adi, because this is the first I'm hearing of her, and that's the first time I've seen the woman in your photo (whether she's Barbara or not).  All I can find out about Barbara Adi is that apparently she was a Playboy casting call from 1999 for their 2000 issue.  Where did you find that photo?  She's great-looking!

I searched the Cyber Playboy site and that's the only pic they have.  Too bad, she's lovely.  There is a thread in GD named "one shot wonders" or something like that.  That literally applies here.

Yes, it is most assuredly Barbara Adi.  She appeared in the Dec. 1999 Playboy Playmate Search feature, as another poster has indicated.  This was also the feature in which Playboy published its first photo of Miriam Gonzalez.  Miriam went on to stardom, but Barbara fell off the face of the earth (or went back to San Francisco, which was listed as her location at the time).  I always thought this was a shame since I would put Barbara in the same league as Miriam (though may be augmented--hard to tell).  Still, I've been looking for an electronic version of this pic for several years now.  Thanks, Matrixcodekeeper!
