Natural BE for a 36G
« on: October 02, 2014, 05:04:35 PM »
Long time lurker… first time poster!  :-* I've been reading through the forums looking at old posts about natural breast enhancement methods. I was unable to find information about how well these methods work if someone is already starting on the big side.

My body seems to be in favor of BE. Before getting pregnant, I was a 34C… while breast-feeding, I was a D, and in the years since then my breasts have kept growing, however slowly… about a cup a year  :). I'm now a full 36G. I have not gained weight anywhere else… indeed, I changed to a vegan diet and have lost weight overall! I'm not sure if all the soy is to blame. I'm not on birth control. Large breasts do run in my family, so I'm wondering if somehow my hormones got kicked into shape and I'm finally catching up? I'm in my mid 30's, so I'm no spring chicken.

Anyway, boob greed has set in and I'd like to encourage the growth to keep happening, if not accelerate  ;D! I started taking Fenugreek pills, along with a tincture of fenugreek and fennel… all together about 1700mg/day. It has been about a week and I do feel some soreness, heaviness, and fullness… honestly more fullness than I expected to see.

I'm still wondering if I'm on the right track. Would it be crazy to dream of increasing 2-3 cup sizes (or more!) just using herbs? Has anyone had success with these methods when starting with a large cup size?

This blog has some info on it, mentions massage with flax seed too? Might be worth a read.

That was helpful. It looks like this blog will keep me busy this weekend! I take Flaxseed oil and Evening Primrose oil just for dietary supplements. I never thought they might help. I'll have to add massage with flaxseed to my routine. Some of those pictures up there… wow… I'm inspired. I just wish I was not so darned impatient, but without funds for surgery, this is the best bet :-).

my ex was taking fenugreek oil and a dry pill capsule for a while but the gains were temporary - how long have you been trying?  I didn't understand if you thought the vegan diet was helping or hurting your efforts?

I'm trying to encourage my current GF to look into it as well - she has very different sized boobs - do you know or have you read if it can help with balance?

good luck with the boobie greed ;)

Well, I think it could be helping some, if only because I eat and drink so much soy  :). In my research, the jury seems out as to whether the phytoestrogens in soy really contribute to breast growth, or if they only affect certain people.

I'm still trying to find out if my pregnancy had anything to do with it. Yes, breasts get bigger when pregnant, but I thought the growth would be temporary  :-\. I lost weight everywhere but my breasts, and while they look generally bigger because I no longer have baby fat on my belly, I've been measuring. It's my over-bust measurement has been creeping up each year.  I know breast hypertrophy can get kicked into gear after pregnancy… I'm not complaining if that's what's up with me  ;).

That's sad to hear that your ex's fenugreek gains were temporary. I've heard so many mixed stories about that herb, but it's so cheap that it seemed worth trying. On a tip from an herbalist friend, I also bought a bottle of Goat's Rue. It's not cheap, but it is said to help build mammary tissues, which sounds a bit more permanent. I was told to take it for about 2-3 weeks and then give it a rest since it can lose its potency with time. So now my routine is 1300 mg of Goat's Rue (the bottle's recommended dose), a slightly milder Fenugreek dose of 1500mg/day, and massage with flaxseed oil, sometimes with added red clover at least 1-2 times a day for about 10 minutes or until my arms get tired.

Since my first post, I have seen a change in my over-bust measurement by about 1/2 an inch, though I'm sure some is just temporary fluid retention. That's not bad considering it's no where near "that time of the month." We'll see how things go!

Hi still_growing,

How exciting!  How far are you hoping to take things?  Very curious to know how things progress...and how much you attribute to the supplements.  I only wish I had someone in my life willing to give this sort of thing a try!

I'm still pretty new to the supplements, so any growth that has happened so far has just happened on its own. My goal is to accelerate what I see as a fortunate trend. I had read on these forums that supplements like Fenugreek helped accelerate Nadine Jansen's growth, though I'd love to see something more official on that. If I get the sense that the supplements stall things or stop my growth, I'll cut them out!

I'm happy with growing at all… I'm just feeling greedy and want them even bigger, even faster  ;D. As for how far, my first goal is a H cup. I bought a 36H the other afternoon and if I add little push up pads, I can get already away with wearing it. I'd love to be a 36J, but I'm not stupid… even if I met that goal, they'd still seem small to me!

We would be curious to hear your progress as you continue.  I assume you are continuing your lactation into the future.  Do you pump?  Have you considered Wild Yam or Pureria Mirifica? Every now and then my wife and I talk about BE but when looking online it seems that the majority of PM sources have a disclaimer that basically says they don't guarantee what is actually in the pills.  Not risking that!  Has anyone else here looked into this?

So, I have a question. When you were a C-cup was that enough for you? If not what was your ideal size then? In my experience most women don't really have a good grasp of the truly large sizes until they get to be a DD, or pass it. Regardless, I'm just interested in the genesis of your thoughts on size.
