my ex was taking fenugreek oil and a dry pill capsule for a while but the gains were temporary - how long have you been trying? I didn't understand if you thought the vegan diet was helping or hurting your efforts?
Well, I think it could be helping some, if only because I eat and drink so much soy

. In my research, the jury seems out as to whether the phytoestrogens in soy really contribute to breast growth, or if they only affect certain people.
I'm still trying to find out if my pregnancy had anything to do with it. Yes, breasts get bigger when pregnant, but I thought the growth would be temporary

. I lost weight everywhere but my breasts, and while they look generally bigger because I no longer have baby fat on my belly, I've been measuring. It's my over-bust measurement has been creeping up each year. I know breast hypertrophy can get kicked into gear after pregnancy… I'm not complaining if that's what's up with me

.
That's sad to hear that your ex's fenugreek gains were temporary. I've heard so many mixed stories about that herb, but it's so cheap that it seemed worth trying. On a tip from an herbalist friend, I also bought a bottle of Goat's Rue. It's not cheap, but it is said to help build mammary tissues, which sounds a bit more permanent. I was told to take it for about 2-3 weeks and then give it a rest since it can lose its potency with time. So now my routine is 1300 mg of Goat's Rue (the bottle's recommended dose), a slightly milder Fenugreek dose of 1500mg/day, and massage with flaxseed oil, sometimes with added red clover at least 1-2 times a day for about 10 minutes or until my arms get tired.
Since my first post, I have seen a change in my over-bust measurement by about 1/2 an inch, though I'm sure some is just temporary fluid retention. That's not bad considering it's no where near "that time of the month." We'll see how things go!
