I was going to resist and NOT bump this, but when I ran it through tineye and google (w/o any actual links/leads resulting ) I was struck by the 'similar' image stamps that google presented despite not finding a match to the actual image. They're all food, and (of course) similar in color and tone to the original. Fitting, given that she looks extremely edible.

Maybe someone will recognize her during the bump, before the thread slides back into the depths sans any more clues.

Pal, it looks to me as though it might be a vidcap from a film, but I have no idea who she is or what film it might be.
