Need some help. I have a 5'4" 110lb girlfriend that had saline 700cc's (don't know the name of the implants) about a year ago here in Indianapolis. Her incisions are in the folds under her boobs. She loves them and wants to go HUGE. 2800 cc's. Saline. We saw the same surgeon recently and he says he can't go much bigger (I think his largest he has ever done was 850cc). Hence, the questions:
1. Is it possible to go this big on my gf? If not, what will be the largest size we can get with the next surgery? She's a very small framed person with a microbutt and will look like tits on a stick and quite shocking (which is our desire).
2. We like the fake, overfill look and going higher (up the chest) and wider is the preference. We don't care as much about projection as we desire "melon inserts". Any idea of what saline implant manufacturer would be best for an overfill to take her to 2800's?
3. How about some names of some surgeons, ideally in the midwest, but we will go anywhere in the US. Assuming not all big boob surgeons are equal and looking for the surgeon that is best in overfills of this magnitude.

Looking to do this asap. Appreciate any help you can give me.

Beshine went from a A-Cup to off the scale with 10,000 cc's in her expandable implants and promises to go bigger. Her husband, like you, is a lucky dog.

Quite possibly. With her next surgery? My sense is probably not.

That'll be the surgeon's call. If I were to hazard a guess, I'd say 1700-2200cc 'comfortably'. And by 'comfortably' I mean that might be pushing the limit. That, and you want successful results, not something which is threatening to rip through the sutures.

No idea on a specific manufacturer. But it sounds like you might be looking for moderate profile. Maaaaybe low profile, but unlikely.

The only midwestern big boob surgeon I can think of is/was Dr Baeke. But he got out of doing boobjobs a few years back.

That said, if you feel that one of the other choices is more to your liking, definitely go for it. Just make sure you go in with expectations tempered, and listen to the surgeon, take notes, be careful in your demands ("Wait what? he only does periareolar incisions? I demand an inframammary incisions!" sort of thing).

Not to pry, but what sort of career does she have? And are you okay with her becoming a LOT more noticeable (ie, drawing the active vocal/physical/verbal attentions and interests of folks who might be otherwise more passive in such matters) to the hoi polloi? Because that threshold will be somewhere in the neighborhood of roughly 1700cc-2200cc.

At some point in the quest to become bigger, she'll hit the tipping point. The point at which her career choices will become quite limited (despite whatever she's currently doing). There are of course exceptions (just look at Nancy Quill), but if I were a betting man, ....

Believe it or not, a previous girlfriend did just what you said. She was also a very petite lady that we "maxed out" and within a few weeks after her surgery she "blew out a boob"...busted thru the sutures. Thinking back it was only 700-800's but guess we stretched them a tad too big. This time instead of maximum cc's we will be smarter.
Maximum minus 1 tablespoon. LOL.

Been there and love it. Doing the due diligence now trying to find the "overfill king." I believe Foster has reportedly done some large overfills and need to research him some more. Pousti has a great website and has 20-30 before and after pics but (as I recall) none looked like fake round boobs to me and most looked more "normal" which is not what we are trying to achieve. I will research extensively the above 3 docs and anyone else having a recommendation of a doc that does major overfills would be greatly appreciated. I tend to over-research when it comes to any major decision.

She works for a major corporation and I'm a doc (specialist). Prefer not to say more at this time. She will definitely have to change her wardrobe and wear large sweaters/preggie and granny dresses/no form-fitting clothing at work/etc. We are willing to accept the risks for the rewards.

We are guessing if we can accomplish our goals with the next surgery she will be outrageous enough to suit our style. Then again, maybe not. I've got the boob greed as bad as anyone in here and she's willing to accommodate so we will see where we end up. Appreciate your comments and I intend to continue this thread thru our journey and will keep everyone informed of our progress.

Attached is a pic of a top that she wore last night to a club. Yeah, she looked great but it obviously is a padded bra full of gel packs and her boobs. She likes to look outrageous when we go out and always gets requests for photos. Just showing that she does welcome the attention but is totally dedicated to me as I am to her. Just trying to get more boobage and less padding to accomplish our goal .... to shock and awe.

How skilled is she at dealing with stalkerish behavior? Can she subdue someone who tries to grab her hand/wrist/arm/shoulder/neck/etc? Will she be just as skilled once she's carrying 4800cc x 2 attached to her chest?

No worries. Don't get me wrong, I love the notion of staggeringly huge boobs (the little devil on one shoulder) but this is tempered by a modicum of reality (the angel on the other shoulder). Work isn't as much of a concern, given the ongoing threat of an HR smackdown. It's no guarantee, of course, but does tend to remind people of their place. And how throwing caution to the wind can be a career-changing experience.

I was actually thinking about other common activities, like grocery shopping, putting gas in the tank, that sort of thing.

Perhaps something like Model Mugging or Wen-Do might be worth considering. Just throwing that out there.
