I'd say implanted but couple things: 1, the vid is shot from a lower angle, she could be real (natural) just with a push-up. Or 2, she could be saying real while thinking heavy but average viewer wouldn't know or care so she wouldn't need to be legit honest.

Was looking for a place to post this.  This girl (IG @jahna_) used to post her face over any big boobed model out there.  She’s gotten much better at it and I would find some of her stuff believable except that I recognize her face, now.  Not sure, but she may be using AI for some of her bodies now. 
I think the pix are hot, so I felt it was okay to post them in this thread just for fun.  If anyone recognizes the body please shout out.

I think it is important to consider that while they have not yet been approved in the US, the relatively inexpensive internal bra for natural breasts is said to be quite a hit in Europe, making those D cups or bigger suddenly resemble a cross between natural and implants, supporting to eliminate the breast fold and increase the projection.  Unlike the expensive pigskin mesh sewn in for the internal bra for implants, the silicone based one for natural breasts requires only a small areola incision with two tiny ones for screw placement into ribs.  I guess it has been like 5 years since I read about it, but I don't imagine insertion or construction has changed much.
